Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase. After 24 hours you can not change, modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number is sent to your email WE CANNOT CANCEL your order. Please check that all your information is correct before completing checkout.

FRAUD ORDERS

If your order comes up as fraud in our system, or if your billing address is not the same as your shipping address we will cancel your order.
On some occasions we will require you to submit a picture of your state issued ID for verification.

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items.

Please use our live chat to contact us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation.
Marnae Boutique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
